Crafted from high-tensile strength QT 100 steel, their light weight makes them ideal for use with compact excavators. Their strength and durability allow them to run more than 400 hours before needing a change of their non-carbide steel cutting teeth and more than 1,000 hours before needing bearing replacement. The double row of bearings allows for much higher side stresses than a single row would, and this means our Takeuchi excavator attachments will stand up to any power boosts coming from the axial piston pump when mulching trees, grinding stumps, or inhaling and atomizing brush.
